Is insurance included in the rental rate?

Yes, all of our rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage.

What else is included in my rental?

On top of the use of the high-end vehicle and insurance, you will also receive 24/7 support, roadside assistance and cleaning at the end of the rental period.

Are the rentals tracked?

Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art GPS tracking devices. These devices allow us to monitor the location, speed, and usage of our vehicles, ensuring that our customers are always driving safely and responsibly. This technology also helps us enforce the terms of our rental agreements and prevent unauthorized use of our vehicles. So you can rest assured that you'll always be driving with the highest level of security and peace of mind.

What is the security bond?

The bond payment is a security deposit that is held during the rental period to cover any potential damages or charges that may occur during the rental. The bond payment is usually made by credit card and may be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition and all charges are settled. The exact amount of the bond depends on the vehicle.

Do you have a minimum age requirement for renters?

Yes, renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license. Some of the rentals require the minimum age of the renter to be 30 years of age.

What is your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for cancellations. However, as a friendly gesture, we would like to offer you a credit in the full amount that can be used towards future rentals with us. This way, any unused rental fees can be applied towards your future bookings with us, and there is no expiration date for this credit. The only exception to this policy is if we have to reject the booking due to suspicion of incorrect information provided by the renter. In such cases, we will process a refund.

Do you offer long-term rental options?

Yes, we offer long-term rental options for those needing a luxury vehicle for an extended period. Please get in touch with us for a special rate.

Do you offer custom packages for events and special occasions?

Yes, we offer custom packages for events such as weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Contact us for more information.

What is the rental process like?

The rental process involves filling out a rental agreement, providing a valid driver's license and a credit card for security deposit.

Is there a limit on the number of kilometers I can drive?

Yes, there is a limit on the number of kilometers you can drive. Most of the rentals are limited to 150 kms per day, however the limit will be stated in the rental agreement and excess kilometers will be charged at a rate stated in the agreement.

What is the rate per kilometer for excess kilometers?

Most of the rentals have a $6 charge per excess kilometer.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards and bank transfer. We can also accept cash with prior agreement.

Can I add an additional driver to the rental agreement?

Yes, you can add an additional driver for a fee. Please contact us for more information.

What happens if I return the vehicle late?

We understand that circumstances can arise that may cause a delay in returning the rental vehicle. To ensure fair treatment for all of our renters, a fee may be charged for late returns. The specific rate for this fee will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement. Usually, the fee is equivalent to one hour of the rental rate. However, if you have a valid and credible reason for the delay, we may be able to waive the fee.

Can I pick up the vehicle at the airport?

Yes, we offer airport pickup and drop-off service for an additional fee. The standard fee is $300 for pickup and $300 for drop-off.

Do you offer delivery and pick up service for your rentals?

Certainly! We are pleased to offer convenient delivery and pick-up services to and from your location within Perth. The delivery fee is set at $300 and the pick-up fee is also $300, both within the Perth Metro area with a distance limit of 30 km from our showroom. If your delivery or pickup location is located further than 30 km away, there will be an additional fee of $6 per kilometer.

Can I rent a vehicle for one-way trips?

Yes, we offer one-way rentals within Western Australia. Additional fees may apply. Contact us for more information

Can the rental be stopped if I am caught using the vehicle irresponsibly or in violation of the terms of the rental agreement?

Yes, if you are caught using the vehicle irresponsibly or in violation of the terms of the rental agreement, the rental company has the right to take action to retrieve the vehicle, including stopping the vehicle and repossessing it. Furthermore, the security bond will not be returned if the renter is caught using the vehicle irresponsibly or in violation of the terms of the rental agreement. Examples of irresponsible use include but are not limited to: Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol Reckless driving, excessive speeding, or racing Allowing unauthorized individuals to drive the vehicle Driving on restricted roads or using the vehicle for illegal activities It's important to always drive responsibly and abide by the terms of the rental agreement to ensure a safe and enjoyable rental experience.

Does Perth Luxury Hire have the right to refuse to rent a vehicle to an individual?

Yes, we have the right to refuse to rent a vehicle to an individual for various reasons, including but not limited to: Age restrictions (i.e. minimum age requirement or maximum age limit) Lack of a valid driver's license Poor driving record or history of traffic violations Credit or background check issues Failure to provide adequate insurance coverage Failure to present a valid form of payment In some cases, the rental company may also refuse to rent a vehicle if they suspect that the vehicle will be used for illegal or unauthorized activities, such as transporting illegal substances, participating in street racing, or other dangerous activities. If you have concerns about your ability to rent a vehicle, it's best to check with the rental company directly and provide all required information and documentation upfront.
